From the minute you request a quote to the day you install your platform, we're working for you. We work closely with each customer to build them a quality, custom swim platform that seamlessly blends in with the boat's color and contour.
Once we've completed your swim platform, the platform and installation hardware are shipped in a wood crate, via a common carrier (Semi truck) F.O.B. Phoenix, AZ at the buyers expense. Shipping charges are billed with the platform charges and included in the original quote.
You will receive you new platform ready to install, stainless steel installation hardware is supplied with each swim platform. Installation must be conducted with the boat out of the water. Our platforms can be installed by a "handy man", boat owner, or your local boat yard, 70% of our platforms are owner installed. The installation on a typical platform ranges from a couple hours for a smaller platform to 6-8 hours for a larger platform. Installation guidelines can be Emailed or faxed to the buyer or installer. |
